Do not keep resetting a heater that trips immediately. Share the heater type if you know it, the symptom, and whether other water points in the home are normal.
Storage tanks and instant heaters both belong here: no hot water, a trip, a leak at the unit, or water that is only warm at one outlet. If every cold tap is also affected, say that too.
The brand and a photo of the unit help the reply. They do not confirm that a part is in stock or that a visit is booked.
