Use this when a toilet will not flush away, the bowl is slow to drop, or it is close to overflowing. Stop flushing if the water is already high. Say whether the choke is only one toilet or several outlets, and what was last flushed if you know.
You do not need to diagnose the cause. Describe what you can see, include the property type and Singapore postal code, and add a preferred date if you have one. Service scope, any inspection charge, and availability are confirmed before a visit. The proposed repair and quotation are reviewed before the work is authorised.
A choke in one toilet can be different from a slow sink in the same bathroom. If a floor trap, a basin, or a second toilet is also holding water, say so. A photo of the bowl helps when it is safe to take one. A running cistern that still flushes is a different enquiry from a bowl that will not clear.
